Additional shipping costs will be charged in case of incorrect address and name information.
THE Miss Trend We only ship orders on weekdays. Therefore, weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time. Any delays in shipping items, compared to the estimated dates provided, do not entitle you to compensation.
Deliveries
Your order will be delivered within the timeframes indicated below. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:
Mainland Portugal - Delivery in 1-4 business days (after shipment);
Azores and Madeira - Delivery between 3-15 business days (after shipment);
Spain - Delivery in 5-15 business days (after shipment);
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland - Delivery between 5 and 15 business days (after shipment);
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland and Sweden - Delivery between 5 and 15 business days (after shipment);
Customs duties and import taxes:
Due to varying customs policies and import duties, Miss Trend is not responsible for paying these fees, which are the responsibility of the consumer, nor does it have control over any other costs, fees, or taxes that may be applied upon arrival of a package in the destination country.
The total price includes only the item price, applicable VAT (where applicable), and shipping costs. If the consumer has any questions, they should contact their local customs office before placing their order to obtain information about customs duties and their applicability.
Payment
THE Miss Trend You have different payment methods available to you: Multibanco (Portuguese Cards), Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron), Paypal and MBWAY.
You can pay for your purchases through the ATM network or online, using your bank's Homebanking service. You have 24 hours to make the payment using the entity and reference provided by Miss Trend when you finalize your order. If you do not pay within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled.
Pricing policy
Prices are in euros and include taxes. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current legal rate. Shipping costs, which are specified at the time of purchase, are added to the price.

Newsletter
The term "Newsletter" refers to emails containing promotional offers, institutional newsletters, and company information sent directly to the User's email inbox. The User can manage their Newsletter subscription in their customer account on the Miss Trend online store.

Applicable law within jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all disputes arising from or related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the website www.misstrend.pt or any purchase made on it, shall be governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Miss Trend The Buyer and the Buyer agree to endeavor to reach an amicable solution that is fair and appropriate within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from receipt of the communication addressed for this purpose by either of the parties involved.
