Shipping and deliveries

Your order will be delivered within the timeframes indicated below. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:

- Mainland Portugal - Delivery in 1-4 business days (after shipment);

- Azores and Madeira - Delivery between 3-15 business days (after shipment);

- Spain - Delivery in 5-15 business days (after shipment);

- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland - Delivery between 5 and 15 business days (after shipment);

- Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland and Sweden - Delivery between 5 and 15 business days (after shipment);

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on orders of €50 or more, for mainland Portugal only.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the number of products and/or weight.

Customs duties and import taxes:

Due to different customs policies and import duties, Miss Trend is not responsible for paying them, which are the responsibility of the consumer, and also has no control over any other costs, fees or taxes that may be applied upon arrival of an order in the destination country.
The total price includes only the item price, applicable VAT (where applicable), and shipping costs. If the consumer has any questions, they should contact their local customs office before placing their order to obtain information about customs duties and their applicability.
