Right of Free Resolution

Miss Trend offers a returns and refunds service.

Within 14 days of receiving your purchase, you can exchange/return the item through the website. During this 14-day period, you can select your preferred refund method: either a cash refund (in which case you must provide your NIB or IBAN) or a voucher that you can use for online purchases within 6 months.

The shipping costs for returns and exchanges, including the exercise of the right of withdrawal, are borne by the customer, except for the return shipping costs of items with manufacturing defects within the warranty period, in which case the costs will be borne by the company. www.misstrend.pt

Miss Trend is responsible for return and reshipment shipping costs if the product has original defects. In this situation, the exchange must be for the same item. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, the return and new shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Damage caused during transport must be noted on the transport document and reported within 24 hours. After this period, Miss Trend is not responsible for any defects that may have occurred during transport.

Did you receive your order incomplete or with a defective product? The customer must report the situation within 24 hours of receiving the order; after this period, Miss Trend is not responsible for exchanging/returning the item.

  • Important note: We recommend that you pay attention to the external condition of the packaging, as it may reflect possible damage to the product.
  • - At the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery person, you must check the condition of the product before signing the Delivery Note and thus accepting the order.
  • - The product condition verification is considered complete once the Freight Guide has been signed.

If the customer is not satisfied with the products supplied, they may return them within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. However, the right to return only applies if the products:

- They must not have been used (unless the product label states otherwise).

- Maintain the original characteristics and ensure the packaging is not damaged.

Be complete;

- They must not have been tampered with and must retain both the identification label and the security seal and plastic packaging.

- If your return is due to reasons other than a justified defect or non-conformity of the products, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

-If the item is returned to Misstrend for exchange/refund and it is confirmed that it has been used/tried on, the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping it back to the customer.

-If the customer wishes to exchange the item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.

The customer may be held liable for the depreciation of the asset if the handling carried out to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of that asset exceeds the handling that is normally permitted in a commercial establishment and the asset is used.

Tips for an efficient return:

Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
- Use the same packaging in which you received the items to send the return to our facilities;
Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice/receipt that you received with your order.

For item returns, and after the item has been inspected, you can select your preferred refund method within 14 days of receiving the order: a monetary refund (in which case you must provide your bank account number - NIB or IBAN) or a voucher that can be used for online purchases within 6 months. If the return is made via courier or postal service, the refund or voucher issuance will be processed after the returned items are received and evaluated by the Quality Department.

If you choose a cash refund, after we receive the item and your NIB or IBAN information, the transfer will be made within a maximum of 25 business days from the date your return is processed.

Items not accepted for returns/exchanges

Exchanges or returns of used and damaged items are not accepted.

Exchanges or returns of watches/smartwatches without the original plastic/tags or without the safety lock are not accepted.

Cancel an Order

You will need to provide us with your personal and banking details so that we can process the refund. The transfer will be made within a maximum of 5 business days from the date we become aware of the refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses delivery of the order, they will also forfeit any right to a refund.

Product warranty

THE Miss Trend is liable, under the terms and conditions established in Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of April 8 (as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of October 18), for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within a period of three years from the date of delivery, provided that it is communicated to Miss Trend within a maximum period of 2 months from the date on which it was detected. However, in the 3rd year of the warranty, the consumer will be required to provide proof of the defect upon delivery of the goods.

All products sold by Miss Trend have a 3-year warranty of conformity.

In case of malfunction or technical defect, the Customer must contact Customer Service so that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) can be created.

The product must be sent to our facilities. Upon arrival, it will be inspected. If it is indeed a defect, it will be replaced. There will be no charge for this.

If signs of misuse or failure to comply with the conditions of use are detected, the warranty will not cover the item. The customer will be contacted to determine if they wish to have the item repaired (if possible).

If the item is inspected and found to have no defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In order to benefit from the warranty, you must send us the invoice along with the item and send the item back in its original box.
